Location Dunkley covers an area from Seaford in the north to Mornington in the south. The main suburbs include Frankston, Frankston North, Frankston South, Langwarrin, Langwarrin South, Mt Eliza, Mornington and Seaford.
   
Origin Dunkley was named after Louisa Margaret Dunkley, founder of the Victorian Women's Post and Telegraph Association and campaigner for equal pay for women. Dunkley was first proclaimed in 1984. The first election was held for the Division in 1984.
