Suburbs include the districts of Ashfield, Bassendean, Bayswater, Bedford, Beechboro, Coolbinia, Dianella, East Perth, Eden Hill, Embleton, Highgate, Inglewood, Kiara, Lockridge, Maylands, Menora, Morley, Mt Lawley, Northbridge, North Perth, Perth City, and parts of West Perth and Yokine. |

Origin
| Perth was perth, the Capital City of Western Australia was officially founded on August 12, 1829. It was proclaimed a city by Queen Victoria in 1856. Perth was first proclaimed in 1901. The first election was held for the Division in 1901. |
